In the individual challenge crew members are under "a ton" of pressure when tasked with designing and welding a structure that can withstand the crushing force of 1 ton of weight.

In the team challenge, Dirty Hands and Savage Crew are tasked with completing a muddy motocross track to the exact standards of professional riders.

Season three winner Lia Mort returns to guide the crews through a series of challenges at a local apple orchard. In the team competition, Dirty Hands and Savage crew race to gather as many bushels of apples as quickly as possible.

The final three compete in the most challenging gauntlet yet for the title of TOUGH AS NAILS champion and the coveted winner's belt.
