Mona becomes completely absorbed in her career as she is working on a talent search idea for Delicious. She realizes that she can't balance work, family and friends and decides that it is okay to focus on her career at this point in her life. Meanwhile, Adam decides that being gay has become too mainstream so he tries to turn straight .

Meanwhile, as Big Dee Dee ramps up for opening night of her play, Dee Dee manipulates her mom in order to schmooze a legal idol of hers who happens to be the wife of Big Dee Dee's co-star .
