When Hauser's street fighting opponent is let off with a lesser sentence than the victim's family hoped for, his brother and friends take matters into their own hands. With a new set of deaths and a new twist to the case DA McCoy (Sam Waterston), with re-election on the line and nowhere left to turn, makes a bold move to settle this case.
