When the Rains Came

Bull helps mount a defense for Taylor's brother-in-law, Ralph Kelly (Bobby Moreno), a prison guard charged with manslaughter for the drowning deaths of two inmates in the middle of a hurricane. During the trial, Bull aims to convince the jury that his client tried to prevent a "greater harm" when he abandoned his prison command to evacuate his own family.

When a group of American missionaries become hostages during a violent uprising abroad, Dalton must confront demons from his past in order to help Elizabeth secure their safe return home. Also, Stevie takes over Russell's social media presence, and Henry helps his niece, Sarah (Emelyn Daly), mentally prepare for her military deployment.
