In the climactic conclusion of the two-part Season Four finale, the Fringe team is pushed to their breaking point as they desperately attempt to prevent a catastrophic event that threatens the lives of everyone.

Clark discovers that Davis is still alive and confronts Chloe about protecting him. Oliver discovers Jimmy breaking into Chloe's apartment, and things rapidly get worse after Davis jumps from the shadows and attacks both of them. Plus, Davis asks Chloe to leave town with him.

Kennex and Dorian investigate a crime scene involving a self-guided bullet that can track, target and kill specific people at any moment. Meanwhile, Maldonado revisits the deadly ambush that almost killed Kennex.

Aurora, a librarian and amateur detective, is a member of the “Real Murders Club,” a society dedicated to analyzing crimes. During a meeting, one of the members is murdered, and the method closely resembles a past murder case that had been the meeting's topic of discussion. Subsequently, club members are targeted one after another using the same methods as the past cases, prompting Aurora to begin an investigation to track down the killer.

Aurora was invited to the home of Jane, an older member of the club, who presented her with a book about female murderers. That night, Aurora's best friend Sally came to tell her the news that Jane had died.
