Benson and Rollins must contend with the FBI and the Organized Crime bureau when a rape victim identifies a dangerous mobster as her assailant.

Liz (Fey) struggles in her new role as mentor to Hazel (Schaal). Kenneth (McBrayer) has a difficult time letting go of his page duties and takes drastic measures to make sure Tracy (Tracy Morgan) is taken care of. Meanwhile, Jack (Baldwin) and Jenna (Jane Krakowski) come up with a plan to get Avery back in the headlines.

When Danny is placed on modified duty after investigating a case that was off-limits, he realizes he stumbled upon something that someone is trying to keep quiet. When he passes the tip on to his father, Frank is alarmed when he learns the enormity of this case and the internal involvement.

Bull represents a large insurance company and its clients, married pizzeria owners who are being sued for negligence by a teenager who was injured while climbing their rooftop signage. As the trial gets underway, Bull realizes the case has no clear winners, as the small business owners could lose their livelihood, the plaintiff may never walk again and the insurance company refuses to settle.

While Rich's place in the FBI is questioned, a CIA source threatens to tear the team apart. Meanwhile, Roman and Crawford spend a day together under strange circumstances.
