Will (Eric McCormack) is torn over ending his newfound relationship with Matt (guest star Patrick Dempsey, "Once and Again," "Crime and Punishment"), a rising TV sportscaster who is extremely reluctant to let the world - especially his macho business associates - know about his sexual preference, so he continues to refer to Will as his "brother." Meanwhile, while Grace (Debra Messing) does her best to help Will decide, Karen (Megan Mullally) is livid when she discovers that he helped draft her husband's will, which will award much of his estate to charity. Sean Hayes also stars.

Christine worries that she has lost her ability to attract men. When Richard's very attractive brother, Joe (Charles Esten - "The Office"), kisses her, she feels revitalized--but she finds out a surprising secret about Joe that even Richard doesn't know.

When his rambunctious half brother, Mitch, returns home from the war and decides to move in, Gary quickly loses control of his kids and his house and is forced to play the role of grown up.

Now that Gary and Sasha have taken their relationship to the next level, Gary must decide whether or not putting his career on the line to date his boss is worth it. Meanwhile, Allison tries to teach Tom a lesson in responsibility.

When Ethan realizes that he doesn't have much of a connection with Palmer (recurring guest star Jaime King), he tells Kyle that he intends to break up with her. But the next time Ethan sees Palmer, he decides not to stop dating her. Unfortunately, Kyle inadvertently reveals Ethan's original plan to Palmer--and now she's the one reconsidering the relationship. Meanwhile, depressed because Duncan is finally done working on her house--and thus won't be with her every day anymore--Nicole makes a big decision.
