When a 16-year-old girl (guest star Paz De La Huerta) claims that she was sexually assaulted by a man, Detectives Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Stabler (Christopher Meloni) delve into the netherworld of Internet porn in search of the suspect known as "The Yachtsman" (guest star Reed Birney) but they soon discover how difficult it is to prosecute cyberspace pedophiles. However, while investigating an illicit online service, the cops seize upon an opportunity to coax a sex offender into setting up a sting operation designed to lure in more deviants. Richard Belzer, Dann Florek and Michelle Hurd also star.

A young delivery man is found shot to death and the murder trail leads Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Curtis (Benjamin Bratt) to the two teenagers who placed the order. When McCoy (Sam Waterston) and Ross (Carey Lowell) realize that one of the suspects' confessions is protected in the name of religion, they strike a deal to ensure that justice is served.
