Leroy and Max take Jermaine (guest star Ethan Drake Davis) trick-or-treating, although Jermaine hopes they’ll drop him off at a party instead. The party becomes the least of their worries when Jermaine is infected with a zombie-esque virus by a demon cat. Meanwhile, Halloween is a busy night, full of paranormal activity, for LaFrey, Annie and Barry at the Bureau Underground.

Team Scorpion must use their high IQs to win a softball game when the homeland director challenges, with all of their future government contracts on the line. Also, Walter's secret night out with Florence puts Toby and Happy on edge.

A decree to work on Saturdays is met with contempt by the staff, so they choose Ken to talk Pat out of it, but the doctor is surprised to find his boss living on a boat in the driveway of his home. Meanwhile, Dave gets a new nickname at school that dredges up bad memories for Allison.
