Glen Hansard

Glen Hansard is an Irish songwriter, actor, vocalist and guitarist for Irish group The Frames, and one half of folk rock duo The Swell Season. He is also known for his acting, having appeared in the BAFTA-winning film The Commitments, as well as starring in the film Once, which earned him a number of major awards, including an Academy Award for Best Song.

Trouble in Candyland

Sarah (Lauren Graham) puts her energy into helping Hank (Ray Romano) mend his relationship with his family, leaving Mark (Jason Ritter) increasingly impatient with his status in Sarah’s life. Julia (Erika Christensen) is concerned with Victor’s (Xolo Mariduena) frustration with school and seeks advice from Kristina (Monica Potter) on how to provide encouragement. Joel (Sam Jaeger) reluctantly hires Ryan (Matt Lauria) on his construction site despite Ryan’s lack of experience. Crosby (Dax Shepard) and Adam (Peter Krause) enter a legal battle to save the Luncheonette while attempting to record an album for Academy Award winning musician Glen Hansard. Also starring Craig T. Nelson, Bonnie Bedelia, Miles Heizer, Joy Bryant, Tyree Brown, Xolo Mariduena, Max Burkholder, Mae Whitman and Savannah Paige Rae.
