Alicia, Diane and Will must regroup when they're caught off-guard by a brilliant disabled attorney, Louis Canning (Michael J. Fox), who uses his condition to sway a jury during a test case for a huge class action suit against a pharmaceutical company. Meanwhile, Peter's campaign is at a loss as to what to do with rising star Wendy Scott-Carr, and Kalinda reaches out to a former friend, Donna Seabrook, to tell her to stop spilling her secrets to Blake.

After a mother and daughter are killed in a hit and run accident, Detectives Green and Lupo (Jesse L. Martin, Jeremy Sisto) track down the vehicle and find only a stack of $100 bills left inside. A trace on the money leads the detectives to a young couple that are victims of a real estate scam. Green and Lupo decide the best way to crack this case is to go undercover with the help of Kim Brody (guest star January Jones), an employee at the title company that handled the closings on the illegal real estate deals. Brody proves not to be who she claims, leaving her innocence and real identity in question. Also starring: Sam Waterston, S. Epatha Merkerson, Linus Roache, and Alana De La Garza.

When Detectives Cyrus Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Kevin Bernard (Anthony Anderson) arrive on the scene of four fallen police officers, they have to act fast to find the shooter. With a room full of witnesses, they have a description of the culprit but little else. The case becomes even more complex when the detectives discover that the police officers may have known the shooter. The investigation quickly leads them to a circuit of drug dealers, a jealous husband and a remorseful judge who are all pieces of a larger puzzle. Also starring: S. Unfortunately, Nico’s attempt to improve her professional image ends up wreaking havoc in her personal life. Meanwhile, a newly engaged Victory (Lindsay Price) unsuccessfully tries to get her down-home, Midwestern parents and Joe (Andrew McCarthy) to get along. Robert Buckley also stars.
