In the third season premiere episode, Walt deals with the aftermath of Henry's arrest and Branch's shooting. The search for the shooter, however, is complicated by Branch's insistence that it was someone known to be dead.

Walt works with Lucian Connally to narrow down the suspects in his wife's murder; the team searches for a witness who could help Henry; Branch engages in troublesome behavior.

After a wilderness leadership trip takes a dark turn, Walt and the team must track down a killer and missing teenaged campers. Branch, meanwhile, continues his unsanctioned pursuit of his shooter.

When one of Gab Langton's attackers is found dead on an oil rig site, Walt suspects foul play...and Cady (CASSIDY FREEMAN) suspects Henry (LOU DIAMOND PHILLIPS).
