Hwang Dong-hyeok

Hwang Dong-hyuk is a South Korean film director, producer, and screenwriter. He is best known for creating the Netflix survival drama series Squid Game and the crime drama film Silenced. Due to Squid Game's success, Netflix brought Hwang's previous films Silenced, Miss Granny, and The Fortress to the service in the United States and other countries.
