J. Eddie Peck

J. Eddie Peck is best known for his roles on popular daytime and primetime soap operas, so it's fitting that he began his professional acting career in 1984 on "Days of Our Lives," the long-running NBC series. Since then he has appeared on "Dallas," one of the most prominent primetime soap operas in television history, as well as its main competitor, "Dynasty." In fact, no other actor appeared on both programs in a recurring role during the same season. He is most recognizable as Cole Howard on "The Young and the Restless," the ranch hand who unknowingly married his half-sister Victoria, had the marriage aned upon learning the news, and then remarried her once it was revealed that the story of their being siblings was fabricated. In 2006 he finally broke out of the soap opera game and landed a recurring role on ABC Family sci-fi drama "Kyle XY." He played Adam Baylin, the last remaining member of a human experiment to increase intelligence through prolonged gestation. Peck has enjoyed minor success on the big screen, taking on the lead role of Kevin (Blade) Laird in 1990's "Lambada," a film that details the dangers of leading the double life of teacher and forbidden dancer.
