Malcolm puts Oliver and Thea in a dangerous situation that lands them on Lian Yu with Oliver's former enemy Deathstroke (guest star Manu Bennett). A flashback reveals when Oliver and Maseo returned to Starling City to retrieve the Omega bio weapon and despite being under strict orders from Amanda Waller (guest star Cynthia Addai-Robinson) not to reveal himself to anyone Oliver looks in on his family Laurel and best friend Tommy Merlyn.

In an effort to unravel a dark conspiracy within the Noah Objective, the team travels to Vancouver, where it must infiltrate a black-tie event in order to get close to General Davies and stave off an impending animal threat. Also, Jamie and Logan's journey is interrupted when Logan's past comes back to haunt them.

Alice and Ben agree that Alice should start sleeping over when the kids are there. Ben’s three kids seem OK with notion. In the end, Andy is the one most emotionally affected when facing the new family dynamic.
