Hector Elizondo and Sal Mineo guest-star as Hassan Salah and Rahmin Habib, respectively. The cold-blooded First Secretary of the Suarian Legation plans to eliminate his political adversary, Youssef Alafa (Andre Lawrence), disguising the crime as a robbery and homicide instigated by protesting college students. His idealistic aide, Habib, assists in the crime while Salah is meeting with police officials. To ensure Habib’s silence, the ruthless Salah then disposes of Habib.

Seeking respite from the tension which often triggers him into becoming the Hulk, David Banner isolates himself in a remote area, but his tranquil existence is interrupted by the arrival of an attractive woman fugitive who insists on joining his camping place. As their early suspicions of each other turn to mutual respect, their lives are torn apart by the arrival of Jack McGee, on the trail of the two of them.

With their relationship in trouble, Ralph convinces Pam to go on a vacation without Bill or his suit. Unfortunately Bill shows up unannounced with his suit and trouble ensues.
