Nikita and Michael temporarily team up to kill a terrorist who murdered Michael's family many years ago. When Percy learns this information, he sends Division agents to kill Nikita, who, ultimately, compromises the mission, leading to Michael's capture by the terrorist group. Alex is caught going through medical files inside Division so she creates a lie that involves Jaden and almost blows her cover.
As Michael attempts to learn more about Burke’s underground network, they are sent to break a prisoner out of a Russian black site in Cuba. In order to help, Fiona and Madeline must frame a corrupt Russian bureaucrat for treason.
The gentrification of Chicago's Back of the Yards neighborhood continues as Frank enlists Carl to scare off potential investors who are buying up more property in the neighborhood, while pleading with Sheila not to cave and sell her home. Meanwhile, Frank sets the owner of a junkyard up with his daughter, Sammi, under shady pretenses in exchange for new brewery equipment.
The team follows a scientist on a commercial flight, who they believe will be the next target of terrorists they hope to link to a presidential assassination plot at the same time as their wives are relocated and given new identities back home.
