Jenny Seagrove

Born in Kuala Lampur to British parents, Seagrove trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in London. She has appeared on the British stage in "Bedroom Farce" (1979) and the title roles of "Hedda Gabler" (1983) and "Jane Eyre" (1986). On the small screen, Seagrove first caught the attention of US audiences as the younger version of Deborah Kerr's character in the syndicated miniseries "A Woman of Substance" (1984).

Every year since her father's disappearance and after replying to an advert in the paper for the address of 'Miss Mary Morstan', Miss Morstan has received a rare pearl. Summoned to meet her benefactor, she seeks the advice of Sherlock Holmes. With Watson in tow, they meet Thaddeus Sholto who tells of her father's death and the Agra treasure which he bought to England from India.
