Two elderly men, one of them a suave gentleman sporting a cane, are discovered buying and then destroying small plaster statuettes from art shops all over Metropolis. Following the men, Lois Lane is captured and almost killed before Clark Kent, as Superman, rescues her and solves the puzzling mystery in the Superman television drama entitled, "The Mystery of the Broken Statues."

A criminal dons a lead mask and escapes detection until Clark Kent dons his Superman garb and breaks up a clever underworld racket in the half hour drama titled, "The Man In the Lead Mask."
