Bat Masterson is on the scene when horse-thieves Cat and Jesse Crail try to trigger a war between two Indian tribes. Purpose of the Crail maneuver: They plan to steal the Indians' horses while the braves are at each others throats. Bat and the Army initiate a plan to end hostilities.
