John Rowe

John Rowe was an accomplished actor who led an impressive career, primarily on the big screen. In the early stages of his Hollywood career, Rowe acted in comedies like "The Chain" (1985) with Herbert Norville and Denis Lawson, "Rude Awakening" (1989) starring Cheech Marin and "Six Degrees of Separation" (1993). He also appeared in the TV movie "Sakharov" (HBO, 1983-84). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Rowe devoted his time to various credits, such as "Unnatural Causes" (PBS, 1993-94), "Anna Lee: Dupe" and "Some Fish Can Fly" with Kevin Causey (1999). He also worked on "Bring It On" (2000) starring Kirsten Dunst. More recently, he tackled roles in the adventurous drama "Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India" (2001) with Aamir Khan and the dramatic adaptation "Angel" (2007) with Romola Garai. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The District" (CBS, 2000-04). Rowe most recently appeared on "The Real Rocky" (ESPN Network, 2011-12).
