John Tyrrell

John Tyrrell worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Tyrrell's career in acting began with his roles in various films like "Lady From Nowhere" (1936), the Charles Quigley comedy "Girls Can Play" (1937) and "Criminals of the Air" (1937). He also appeared in "The Game That Kills" (1937), "The Man They Could Not Hang" (1939) and the adventure "Mandrake the Magician" (1939) with Warren Hull. His film career continued throughout the forties and the eighties in productions like "Cowboy in the Clouds" (1943), the horror flick "Cry of the Werewolf" (1944) with Nina Foch and "Escape in the Fog" (1945) with Nina Foch. Tyrrell was most recently credited in the Robert Downey Jr. box office smash action film "Iron Man" (2008). Tyrrell passed away in September 1949 at the age of 49.
