With Mary (Adelaide Kane) presumed dead, Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten) enlists Lola's (Anna Popplewell) help in taking the Scottish crown for herself, while Mary's half-brother James (guest star Dan Jeannotte) must defend her throne from John Knox (guest star Jonathan Goad). Meanwhile, Mary comes face to face with Francis's killer when she and Bash (Torrance Coombs) find themselves in the hands of a fearsome clan leader named Munro (guest star John Barrowman). Mary (Adelaide Kane) makes a bold move to defend her reign in Scotland, which results in a battle royale with her cousin, Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten). Lola (Anna Popplewell) is accused of a heinous crime and suffers the drastic consequences. Meanwhile, back in France, Catherine (Megan Follows) finds that Charles (guest star Spencer MacPherson) has returned a changed man after paying a price for his mother's relentless quest for power. Division discovers one of their rogue agents, Markov (guest star JONATHAN GOAD – Republic of Doyle), who has been undercover for six years, has been elected President of Uzbekistan and is planning to kill the President of the United States (recurring guest star MICHELLE NOLDEN – The Time Traveler’s Wife). Ryan confesses to the team that Division is on thin ice with the President and she has threatened to wipe them out if the public finds out about the secret agency and rogue agents. Nikita and Michael are furious that Ryan kept this a secret from them and must figure out how to save the President’s life without alerting her of the danger. Meanwhile, after Alex and Owen are caught in an explosion, they investigate and believe it was set up by an insider.

Christian comes home with a fiance and they plan a quick wedding which happens to take place in the bar at the same time as a wake being held for Ned's friend.

Jake gets tangled up with an old high school nemesis who is now a person who keeps track of those out on bail. Jake tries to find evidence to help clear his name and Leslie may lose her job.
