Kirill Serebrennikov

Kirill Semyonovich Serebrennikov is a Russian filmmaker, stage director and theatre designer. He is most known for his drama films about Russian contemporary history and society, including: The Student, Leto and Limonov: The Ballad. He won numerous international awards, including the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2018, and the National Order of the Legion of Honour of France in 2025.
