Lars Broholm Tharp

Lars Broholm Tharp is a Danish-born British historian, lecturer and broadcaster, and one of the longest running 'experts' on the BBC antiques programme, Antiques Roadshow, first appearing in 1986.

The first episode of this brand new quiz series hosted by Griff Rhys Jones comes from the Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology in Oxford. Being put to the test by Griff in Britain's oldest public museum are Lars Tharp, Professor Kate Williams, Dr Janina Ramirez and Dr Michael Scott.
