Detour To Death
Two men and a girl use a fake detour sign to misdirect motorists to a lonely road. In a false squad car and clad in makeshift police uniforms, the trio halts the unsuspecting drivers and robs them. Chief Mathews gets her first solid clue when one of the robberies results in murder. Dan directs a diligent, well planned track down.
