While parking cars at an expensive restaurant, Davey, a young ex-con, becomes the victim of car theft. Fired from his job, he subsequently hires the A-Team to help him retrieve the car and clear his record. While attempting to bait the car thieves, B.A.'s van is stolen. The team discovers that the operation sells used cars, stealing them back a few weeks later and then sending them to a "chop" shop where they are broken down for parts. It becomes a race against time so that B.A.'s van does not meet such a fate.
