Walker does some soul searching after he nearly causes a young man's death during a hostage situation. He ends up helping another young man, who is on the run for stealing drugs from a mob boss to impress his estranged father.

When the man who shot and killed Walker's fiance 10-years earlier manages to get an early release from prison, Walker is overcome by painful memories as he seeks justice in her memory.

Alex and C.D. are bringing home a group of children who participated in "Kids in Government Day," when they are taken hostage by kidnappers who bury their bus deep in mud, and Walker must rescue them before an oncoming cyclone hits.
