Deception is the order of business as Graffa and Weldon battle for the allegiance of Brogan (Ted Shackelford) and his team. Weldon is victorious, but it may be too late. Graffa has planted the seed of pure evil; the seed that may destroy their world.

Borden, a slum lord, and his thugs wreak havoc on the tenants of an apartment tower. However, there is more than meets the eye, as Brogan (Ted Shackelford) and Haldane (Rob Youngblood) realize that Borden is far more evil than just a rotten landlord.

The 88th Precinct’s Officer Haldane (Rob Youngblood) goes undercover to expose the Pyrists, a benign spiritual sect devoted to the worship of fire.

Suspecting that Officer Haldane (Rob Youngblood) may have been brainwashed and subverted by the Pyrists, Officers Brogan (Ted Shackelford) and Castle (Simone Bendix) make an attempt to stop the cult before they escape Demeter City.
