Alan Hale and Scott Brady guest star in a story about a Kansas farmer who dreams of striking it rich with his quarter horse. Festus, seeing the futility of Ed Wells' (Brady) dream of riches, wins a bet, and the farmer is forced to see Jubilee beat another horse, one owned by Dave Chaney (Hale), in a match race.
