When an ex-con who has recently been released from prison goes missing, the team questions whether her past mistakes, including embezzling money from former clients, may have come back to haunt her. Recurring guest star Henry Thomas (Gangs of New York, E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial) appears as Franklin Romar, a suspect who is arrested by Vivian during a raid on a brothel.
