Eric and Zara survey the offices on a security consult for a hedge-fund manager when a hitman storms in, bent on killing his target: Cri/Res’ client. Zara manages to pull the client into a panic room while Eric stays outside in the line of fire, so he can negotiate with the unstable mercenary. While Oliver and While Oliver and Maxine help remotely to profile the hitman, Eric works to uncover the secret beneath his assignment to kill. However, outside, forces in high places fight to ensure that the hitman doesn’t leave this crisis alive and are none too concerned if Eric should get caught in the crossfire.
