Michael Attwell

Michael Attwell was an actor who graced the silver screen many times throughout his Hollywood career. He had an early role on the television special "The Infernal Serpent" (PBS, 1990-91). He also appeared in the TV movie "Graham Greene's "The Tenth Man"" (CBS, 1988-89). He also appeared in various films, such as the Phil Collins comedy "Buster" (1988). Attwell also lent his vocal talents to the adventure "Labyrinth" (1986) with David Bowie. He continued to act in productions like the Alice Krige dramatic adaptation "Scarlet and Black" (1993) and the Willem Dafoe dramatic adaptation "Tom & Viv" (1994). He also starred in the TV movies "Anna Lee: Stalker" (1994-95) and "Hostile Waters" (HBO, 1996-97). More recently, he continued to act in the comedy "Bodywork" (2000) with Hans Matheson and the action flick "Circus" (2000) with John Hannah. Additionally, he appeared on the television special "Monsignor Renard" (PBS, 1999-2000). He held additional roles in television including a part on "Doc Martin" (ITV 1, 2004). Most recently, Attwell appeared in "The Sittaford Mystery" (PBS, 2005-06).
