The pampered recruits learn the kitchen basics as Anne Burrell and Tiffany Derry task their teams with replicating chicken paillard with salad. Then, things get spicy when the chefs teach their teams how to make lamb curry and see who can handle the heat.

Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro have their teams face off in boot camp's very first date night showdown, The Cupid Games. After a series of physical food challenges, the recruits learn how to make some date night favorites -- sushi and hand-pulled noodles.
