
Mikaela Hoover
Mikaela Hoover is an American actress known for her work in film, television, and voice acting. She began her career in the late 2000s, gaining early recognition for her role in the web series Sorority Forever (2008). A graduate of Loyola Marymount University’s theatre program, Hoover has appeared in several popular television series, including How I Met Your Mother, Happy Endings, and Anger Management. She frequently collaborates with director James Gunn, with supporting roles in his films Super (2010), Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), and The Suicide Squad (2021). In 2025, she portrayed Cat Grant in another film by Gunn, DC Studios Superman, and she is set to voice Tony Tony Chopper in the second season of Netflix’s live-action One Piece adaptation. Hoover's career reflects a blend of comedic and genre performances across both mainstream and independent productions.
