Miley persuades Lilly to get a complete make-over in preparation for her first date, but when her date stands her up, the girls decide to take him to Teen Court.

When Miley's old flame, Jake Ryan, returns to town and suggests that they try to be friends, Miley's all for it. However, when she learns that her arch rival, Mikayla, has been cast as the co-star in his new film, all bets are off!
