With Charlie under his wing, Frank cleans up so he can get his hands dirty and help out his old company with one last big merger. While an unwritten rule of the bar gets the rest of the gang caught up in a case of mistaken identity.

When the Machine directs Reese and Finch to a former soldier with shady connections to a crime ring, Reese must infiltrate the gang, taking part in their heist. Meanwhile, Detective Carter's closer than ever to finding out who Reese is.

The gang discovers they may lose part of their bar due to a zoning mishap and an overzealous new business neighbor, and use unorthodox measures to remedy the situation.  Meanwhile, Dennis and Dee's mother, Barbara, returns to town and makes Frank's life miserable, and Frank takes steps to cement his roots in South Philly when he becomes part owner of Paddy's.

When Liz (Tina Fey) can’t scheme her way out of jury duty, the "TGS" cast and crew are left unmanaged. With no one in charge, Tracy (Tracy Morgan) and Jenna (Jane Krakowski) begin to act irresponsibly, while Jack (Alec Baldwin) becomes absorbed in launching a lucrative new product. Jack McBrayer, Judah Friedlander, Keith Powell and Katrina Bowden also star. Chris Parnell guest stars.

Gormley looks to Danny and Baez for help tracking down a former NYPD detective he believes may be a threat to Frank's safety. Also, Erin navigates office politics when she chooses to reopen a closed case; Jamie is transferred to a new precinct with a lot of problems; and Frank and Baker team up to investigate a complaint about an SVU detective.
