Robert Alan Aurthur
Robert Alan Aurthur (June 10, 1922 – November 20, 1978) was an American screenwriter, film director, and film producer. Many of his works examined race relations and featured In the Heat of the Night star Sidney Poitier. His final work as All That Jazz (1979), directed by Bob Fosse, produced by Aurthur and written by both, released posthumously and for which he received two Academy Award nominations.
