Sam Jacobs

Sam Jacobs is a former professional Australian rules football player who played for the Carlton Football Club, Adelaide Football Club and Greater Western Sydney Giants in the Australian Football League. Originally from Woodville-West Torrens in the South Australian National Football League, Jacobs was selected by Carlton with pick 1 in the 2007 Rookie Draft. He was traded to Adelaide following the 2010 season. After the 2019 season, Jacobs was traded from Adelaide to the GWS Giants.
