Samuel D. Pollard

Sam Pollard has been nominated for 2 Academy Awards and is the recipient of 6 Primetime Emmys and 4 Peabody Awards. A native of New York City, he is also a tenured Professor at the prestigious NYU Tisch School where he teaches filmmaking. An Editor, turned Director/Producer, Pollard has worked with some of the most prolific names in the film industry including Spike Lee, Kathleen Kennedy, Raoul Peck, & Martin Scorsese.
