When a drug raid uncovers the body of a 30-year-old suspected marijuana dealer, raped and repeatedly stabbed, Fin (Ice-T) along with Detectives Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Stabler (Christopher Meloni), uses his old narcotics skills to track down the murderer, only to see the investigation reveal the attack was the work of two junior high school students.
