Shani Pride

Shani Pride found incredible success as an accomplished actress, appearing in a variety of films throughout her Hollywood career. Her career began with roles in "Charmed" (1998-2006), "Strong Medicine" (Lifetime, 1999-2005) and "Boston Public" (Fox, 2000-04). In the early stages of her Hollywood career, Pride held acting roles in films like the comedy adaptation "Love Don't Cost a Thing" (2003) with Nick Cannon. She additionally landed roles in the TV movies "One Special Moment" (BET, 2000-01) and "The Real World Movie" (MTV, 2001-02). In the early 2000s, Pride devoted her time to various credits, such as "John Tucker Must Die" (2006) starring Jesse Metcalfe, "Something New" (2006) starring Simon Baker and the Seth Rogen and Paul Rudd blockbuster "Knocked Up" (2007). She also worked on "Tru Loved" (2008). Pride continued to exercise her talent in the 2010s, taking on a mix of projects like "American Horror Story" (FX, 2011-), "Spring Breakers" with James Franco (2013) and "The Internship" (2013) starring Vince Vaughn.
