J.D. questions his relationship with his interns; Carla inadvertently gives Elliot an awkward nickname at her new job; Dr. Cox keeps Turk from warning Jordan about a con man.

Now attending Sacred Heart, J.D. has to deal with his own interns; Turk has doubts having children, then tries to prevent Carla from getting pregnant.

Dr. Kelso is outraged when he discovers that a bird has been living in Sacred Heart. He orders the Janitor to dispose of it immediately.
