Several members of an elite strike force break into an officer's living quarters at Holy Loch Naval Base in Scotland and abduct Jimmy, a baby boy. The kidnappers leave no clues behind except for a poem. The JAG team is baffled until they discover that the baby's father is a member of the IRA.
