J.D. and Turk stage the annual Sacred Heart sketch comedy show; after the new interns parody J.D. and Turk, the two of them start to feel self-conscious about their displays of affection for the first time.

J.D.'s rise in status within the hospital makes Turk jealous; Turk's new intern tries to stay quiet about the craziness around him; Denise tries to convince Elliot to authorize her own treatment plan on a patient.
