As the hurricane begins to hit Homestead, Russell and Underlay return and attempt to thwart Szura, whose end game may wreak more havoc on the citizens than the impending storm.

Pandemonium ensues as the hybrids continue their roundup of the humans during the hurricane, while Underlay and Russell try to put together a rescue plan.
