Detectives investigate an airline baggage supervisor's complaints of sexual harassment after she is found murdered.

A well-to-do couple is murdered in their upscale apartment. Cocaine residue is found in an overnight bag belonging to the deceased Mr. Alvarez at the scene of the crime, indicating to the Detectives that the murder was drug related. A young man, Tito (Mike Santana), admits that he was with Alvarez at a heliport waiting for a drug shipment , but claims he got scared and left before it got there. Tito does give the Detectives a solid lead: Alvarez were meeting a woman passenger on the helicopter. It turns out the passenger is the wife of an Army Major stationed in Colombia. Major Wyrnan's (Michael Gaston) wife, Caryn (Charlotte d'Amboise), was carrying the bag in question, filled with cocaine, and was using Army planes and helicopters to transport the drugs.

Danny enlists her colleagues to help when her boyfriend, Gabriel (E.J. Bonilla), is arrested for being in the country illegally and threatened with deportation. Also, Bull represents a German national who is being sued by a museum over possession of a valuable painting.
