It's a new day in MasterChef and our Top 24 arrive into the garden for the first time together, following a massive two days of auditions. Greeted by judges Melissa Leong, Andy Allen and Jock Zonfrillo, the group are thrilled to be here and admit this is a dream come true.

Superstar Week continues on MasterChef tonight, with Aaron, Pete, Conor, Linda and Depinder battling it out in the season's first official immunity challenge.

Following Eric's elimination from the MasterChef kitchen yesterday, our 14 remaining contestants enter the kitchen amazed to see oversized Mystery Boxes sitting atop their benches.

Each team must cook the same six dishes within the time allocated. Each contestant on the team will cook one of the dishes and will be judged against the same dish made by the other two teams.

It's the first elimination challenge and for the 21 cooks today, reality is setting in that for one of them, their MasterChef journey may be over before it's really begun.

The mystery box reveals a map of Melbourne and a camera phone to take pictures. The contestants must explore the city streets and laneways to take a picture that will inspire their dish.
