Ryan searches for a way to reconnect with his father and squash the silly arguments they keep having. Having just come off a trip to the Dominican Republic, Ryan is ready to spend some quality time at home, especially with his new girlfriend, Kayla. Dates and double dates abound as Ryan hangs out with Kayla, Casey and Taylor, leaving Tony to feel like a fifth wheel.

After the chaotic spilt between Casey and Taylor, Ryan cannot avoid the pull of their drama and escapes to Los Angeles for some street skating and press appearances. Ryan wonders if eliminating Taylor from the group will be the fix they need for the crew to be drama-free. For years, Kane has been riding a two-wheeled Razor scooter, much to the horror of both Ryan and Shane. Recently though, Kane has made the switch from two wheels to four and now wants to sell his scooter on eBay.

The day has finally come when Ryan hears that his offer has been accepted on the house of his dreams. Once the reality hits, a new issue arises – should Tony be another roommate? At the invitation of Red Bull, Ryan says Auf Wiedershen to San Clemente for the Alpine delights of Austria. He brings Tony with him and takes advantage of their time away to weigh out their housemate compatibility. Unfortunately, while Ryan works to charm one of his biggest sponsors, Tony can’t stop complaining at every given turn.
