Rush reopens the case of a hitchhiker found murdered in 1997 near Atlantic City, New Jersey. Initially, after reviewing the case, Rush and the homicide team believe that the victim, Matt Mills, was hitchhiking with his recent casino winnings and was murdered by a truck driver, who may have committed a series of homicides along his truck route.
